Licensed Veterinary Technician Position

Northside Veterinary Hospital is an AAHA accredited, progressive, small animal hospital located in Hillsdale, MI. We have a great opportunity for a full-time or part-time licensed veterinary technician to join our fantastic team. We have an excellent reputation in our community for providing high quality veterinary care to our clients and their furry family members. As a locally owned, three doctor practice, we pride ourselves on personal customer service, getting to know our clients and individualizing our patient’s needs.

Starting pay range is $20-25 based on experience.

Facilities/services include: digital radiography, ultrasound, IDEXX full in-house lab, digital dental radiography, endoscopy, photobiomodulation, platelet-rich plasma (PRP) therapy, and chemotherapy.

Responsibilities include those that are standard to a licensed veterinary technician such as proficiency in monitoring gas anesthesia, dentistry, IV catheters, patient monitoring, administering medications, lab work and radiology. In addition, able to perform moderately physically demanding work, that requires lifting (up to 50 lbs.) and the availability to work rotating Saturday mornings. A friendly and helpful attitude is required of all team members.
